Snow removal at the country of sun
At very south latitudes, where sunshine never loses its power even in January, there are some high mountain passes that can surprise you by lots of snow. Hence, snow removal for months is actually a job for people over there! Sechah mountain pass in south of Iran is an example! At latitude of 30 degrees, its elevation of 2950 m over sea level has made it home to heavy snowfalls! In February 2019 I stayed in the road administration station there for one night, and witnessed more than 10 workers busy the whole night to keep the the road open for rare midnight passengers. They do the job for only 120 USD per month salary!
